Class Title:​  Beginning Watercolor Techniques

Level:​​  All levels welcome. Beginners to Advanced. 

 

Description Umbrella: 

I teach Watercolor Techniques so you can paint anything, not everyone painting the same subject.  It is taught in a fun, and relaxed environment. I guarantee that watercolor will become your "best friend" and provide you with a lifetime of enjoyment!!!

 

Class Details: 

Want to unleash your creativity?  Take a “watercolor techniques” class with an experienced watercolor artist and teacher. 

Objective:  Focus on learning basic w/c techniques.

We will focus on the elements of a landscape…..grass, trees, skies, water, rocks, rain, etc.  Each students will be asked to finish a half sheet size landscape painting.  After that we will move on to watercolor “abstracts”.

Bio/Education & Experience: 

My watercolor journey began in 1997 with lessons at Miami Dade Junior College in Miami, FLa.  I have taught numerous classes and workshops, participated in many exhibits and won numerous awards.  I am active in the Brevard Watercolor Society (past president) and the local art scene.  I enjoy teaching students as well as adults.  I have been asked to jury and judge at local shows.  My work is represented at Eau Gallery, Inc. located at 1429 Highland Avenue, Melbourne, FL in the Eau Gallie Arts District.  I teach at Central Brevard Art Association in Rockledge, FL on Thursdays from 1-4.
